About these terms
These terms apply to purchases and use of the PrintStitch Texas LLC online store at printstitchtexas.com. Read them with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that order. You must be legally able to enter the transaction, or have authorization from a person who is.
Products and embroidery services
We offer custom hat embroidery and eligible blank products as described on the relevant product page. Our hat customization service is regular flat embroidery. We do not offer 3D/puff embroidery or printing on hats through this service. Available styles, colors, fits, embroidery locations and quantities depend on the selected product and availability.
Hat embroidery areas are limited. Simple shapes, readable lettering and suitable line thickness generally reproduce more clearly than very small details, gradients or densely complex artwork. Not every image can be reproduced exactly in stitches at the selected size. If a change is needed to make your design suitable for production, we will contact you about the proposed adjustment.
Your order and design selections
Check your product, finish (blank or embroidered), color, fit/size, quantity, embroidery location, text, spelling and uploaded artwork before submitting an order. You are responsible for accurate contact and delivery information. If something needs correcting, contact us promptly; changes are subject to the stage of production or dispatch.
The Embroidery Studio preview is a visual guide, not a photograph or exact proof of the finished stitching. On-screen colors, thread appearance, fabric texture, scale and placement can vary within normal production tolerances. A preview does not guarantee that every fine detail will stitch as displayed. These normal limitations do not excuse a materially incorrect product or failure to follow agreed production specifications.
Use your original logo or artwork file where possible. An AI-generated image of a logo on a hat is not necessary and may not provide usable artwork. You may include a reference mockup or preferred measurements to explain your intended placement. If exact dimensions, thread colors or other essential requirements matter to your order, tell us so they can be confirmed before production.
Digitizing and optional file purchases
Digitizing converts artwork into embroidery stitch instructions. A one-time $20 digitizing fee per logo/design may apply, depending on the design. It is not charged for every logo and is not limited to any particular hat model or order quantity. If a fee is needed, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before the additional service is charged or performed. You may send your artwork before ordering if you would like it assessed first; this is optional.
The standard digitizing service prepares the design for production by PrintStitch Texas and does not automatically include delivery of a DST or other production file. If you request the DST file, an additional $30 applies and we will provide a separate payment link and confirm the file arrangement with you. No optional file charge is added without your agreement.
Prices, discounts, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The selected embroidery package, additional eligible locations, approved services, shipping and applicable taxes determine the final order total. Review the checkout total before paying. We will not charge an undisclosed optional service without your authorization.
Quantity discounts and maximum savings vary by model, eligible customization package and order quantity. Blank-product pricing may follow different rules. The discount shown for your selected order applies; a promotion for one model is not a store-wide discount promise. Promotions cannot be combined unless the offer or checkout allows it.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If stock, artwork feasibility or a material pricing error prevents fulfillment as submitted, we will contact you with the available correction, alternative or cancellation/refund options. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed price without your consent. An amount collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded as required by law.
Production and delivery
Our usual custom embroidery production period is 2–5 business days, with shipping transit time additional. Artwork clarification, requested changes, stock issues or unusually large orders may affect the schedule; we will communicate the applicable timing and any delay options. See the Shipping Policy for details. An express shipping service changes carrier transit speed and does not automatically shorten production.
Returns and cancellations
Correctly produced customized goods are final sale for changes of mind. Eligible blank goods can be returned under our 14-day request policy. Defective, damaged, wrong or materially nonconforming goods and legally required shipment-delay cancellations are handled separately. The full Return and Refund Policy explains the process.
Artwork rights and permitted use
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted artwork. You confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce the logo, text or image and that the requested use is lawful. You give us only the permission reasonably needed to review, digitize, prepare and fulfill your requested order, including through service providers involved in that work. We may decline work that infringes another person's rights or is unlawful.
Submitting artwork for an order does not by itself authorize us to use your design, name or finished product in advertising or public samples. Public marketing use requires separate permission. Other customers' example designs do not grant you a license to reproduce their logos.
Customer-supplied items and in-person work
If you bring your own item to our Houston shop, we must review its material, condition, embroidery area and design before accepting the work. We will confirm feasibility, price and any specific limitations with you. Online hat pricing does not automatically apply to customer-supplied items. These terms do not exclude responsibility for damage for which we are legally liable.
Accounts, saved designs and privacy
Keep your account access and sign-in codes secure and provide accurate account information. Saving or sharing a Studio design does not place an order or reserve stock. Shared links may be viewed or forwarded by anyone who has the link; avoid sharing confidential information. Personal information and artwork are handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Website content and acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access. Store text, photographs and graphics remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use of third-party brand names identifies the products offered and does not transfer ownership of those brands.
We may correct website information and update future offers. Updates to these terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights or change the agreed terms of an existing order without a lawful basis and any required agreement.
Applicable law and customer rights
These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable U.S. federal law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require you to waive legally protected rights or accept mandatory arbitration under these terms. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
