A hat's profile, construction, closure and available embroidery areas affect the look of your design. Compare the product details rather than choosing by color alone.
- Richardson 112: a structured, mid-profile, six-panel trucker hat with a pre-curved bill and adjustable snapback. Youth, Regular and XL fits use the corresponding 112 family models; colors vary by fit.
- Richardson 115: a structured, low-profile, six-panel trucker style with a pre-curved bill and adjustable snapback.
- Richardson 256 Umpqua: a semi-structured, five-panel style with a flat bill and adjustable snapback.
- Richardson 326: an unstructured, low-profile dad hat in peach cotton twill with a pre-curved bill and buckle strap.

How quantity savings work
Eligible custom embroidered hats have quantity savings based on the selected model and order quantity. Check the current product or Studio quantity table for that style. Discount percentages and eligible tiers vary by model; a maximum discount advertised for one model does not apply to every hat.
As one model-specific example, eligible Richardson 256 embroidered hat packages start with 10% off for one hat and reach up to 56% off at 120+ hats under the current quantity schedule. Prepare one clear design
Use your original logo or artwork where possible. Simple shapes, clear text and suitable contrast make a design easier to read in a hat's limited embroidery area. The Studio lets you preview placement, but the mockup is a guide; artwork, thread colors and final embroidery are confirmed before production.

Bulk hat order questions
Is there a minimum number of hats?
No. You can order one customized hat. Quantity savings become relevant as your order grows; check the current table for the selected model.
Does every hat receive the same discount?
No. Discount percentages and quantity thresholds vary by model. The Richardson 256 example above applies to its eligible regular embroidery packages, not all models or blank hats.
How do I choose fits for a group?
Check the available fits for the model and the people wearing it. The Richardson 112 family includes Youth, Regular and XL, with colors varying by fit; other models have their own fit options. Review each selection before checkout.
